Lostways is a curated collection of beautiful, intriguing and unusual places to visit; mostly in South West England and Wales, but I'm working on expanding. Guests can view all the information without logging in. Create an account to save your own list, keep track of trips you've taken, and submit reviews. All the information is checked and up to date as of the date on the card - check official sources to be sure you have the most recent information. If anything's wrong, you can submit a correction from a trip card and I'll check it. Drive times are all estimated: check traffic and actual travel times for best accuracy.

One Sacred Weekend

I read some excellent advice for anyone wanting to visit more places: keep one weekend a month for adventures. It might be at different times every month, but make the effort to commit and hold that weekend safe. When the time rolls around, you can decide what you want to do based on the weather, your energy level, who's coming with you and how far you want to drive - if you've made a list of saved trips, you can use the Lucky Dip function to take the decisions out of it. This way, you've made time for at least 12 chances to get lost each year.
